Who are Revive Mobile?
Revive Mobile are a Mobile Phone Reuse specialist who have been approved by Hutchison 3G UK limited to operate the '3 Trade-ins' program.
How does it work?
What sort of handsets can I send?
We'll accept both working and non-working mobiles listed in our pricing guide. For the full details, please see our Handset Terms & Conditions.
What must I send with the handset?
We'll happily accept handset accessories - but they are not required. We like to keep things simple. So we just need a functioning handset with its battery.
What if my phone is not on your list?
Our list includes over one thousand models and is continually growing. If you can't find yours, don't worry. Please use our 'Handset not listed' option to let us know. You'll find it in the Model Selection section of this website.
What is an IMEI number?
The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a serial number unique to each and every mobile. You'll usually find it printed on the back of the handset. Alternatively, type *#06# into the mobile to display its IMEI on the screen.
Is there a limit to the number of phones I can sell?
No - there is no limit. You can send us as many phones as you want, whenever you want.
Do I pay for the postage when sending my phone?
No - we pay it for you. Simply use the FREEPOST bag provided to send your phone(s) to us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of phones. We recommend that you send any high value units via registered post to ensure successful delivery.

What if my phone is barred?
We accept barred phones provided that they are not registered stolen.
What if my phone registered stolen?
We do not accept stolen phones. We check all received phones via
CheckMEND, a crime protection database.
How long is my order valid?
Your order is valid for 14 days from the 'Order Processed' date. (This is the date we sent you a confirmation letter and FREEPOST bag.) You have plenty of time to get your phone off to us, but we do recommend that you do it as soon as possible. That way there's less chance of your order expiring, and the sooner you receive our payment!
How and when do I get paid?
Once we have received and checked your phones we promise to pay you within 7 days!!
What happens to my phone(s)?
Most of the phones are sent for reuse in markets such as China, Africa, Pakistan and India helping to bring improved and more widespread communications to these developing economies.
Having system problems when logging in or placing an order?
Is the 'Freepost REVIVE' address on the freepost bag enough?
'Freepost REVIVE' is a registered Royal Mail Freepost Name. No address
or stamps are required.
